Top Ten Favorite Characters in Paranormal Genre

toptentuesday

Each week, The Broke and Bookish host a Top Ten Tuesday based on a certain bookish topic. Other bloggers are able to participate and post their own top ten list based on the topic.

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is Top Ten Favorite Characters in X Genre. I decided to pick Paranormal genre since I read mostly paranormal books.

1. Cat from Night Huntress by Jeaniene Frost
I love Cat! She is kickass, snarky, and just awesome. I love how she cares about her friends so much that she is easily willing to sacrifice herself for them.

2. Bones from Night Huntress by Jeaniene Frost
Bones is so sexy. Trust me, there’s no better way to describe him than using the word “sexy.” I love his protectiveness and how faithful he is to Cat. Seriously, I want a Bones in real life.

3. Nikki from the Everneath series by Brodi Ashton
I adore Nikki for her strength. I doubt I will last six months in the Everneath and will definitely not have the guts to run off rescue someone in the Everneath.

4. Jackson from Tempest by Julie Cross
Will you ever sacrifice your true love to save his/her life? I know you’ll immediately answer of course, but when the time comes, will you really, especially since you will see them everyday possibly with someone else? Yeah, poor Jackson.

5. Charley Davidson from the Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones
I love Charley’s sense of humor! She’s hilarious – the first book alone made me laugh like crazy. I can’t wait to read more about Charley Davidson.

6. A from Everyday series by David Levithan
A is so strong. To wake up everyday in a different body, male or female, and to rebuild your identity all over again the next day is just…it takes someone iron strong to do that.

7. Sophie from Hex Hall series by Rachel Hawkins
I love Sophie’s crazy sense of humor!

8. Archer from Hex Hall series by Rachel Hawkins
Yes. I’m team Archer. I love his sense of humor. His tough situation growing up and how he handles it also gives him some major points. Plus, him and Sophie are so cute together!

9. Janelle from the Unraveling series by Elizabeth Norris
Janelle is just so tough! I would totally spy and find out what’s up like she does, but when things get dangerous, I’ll probably run far, far away.

10. Sam from Altered by Jennifer Rush
I love how deep and quiet and thoughtful Sam is. Add that tattoo and…(:

And if you read through all that, great! Now I want to know, which book characters are your favorite?

Great list!! I also picked Sophie, shes just such a great and funny character. Sadly I haven’t read many books on your list, but most of them are on my TBR pail.
