WAITING ON WEDNESDAY is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating.
This week, I can’t wait for a really popular book that already came out for ebooks, but not yet in paperback.
The Sea of Tranquility
Author: Katja Millay
Series: None
Genre: Young Adult, Contemporary, Romance
Publisher: Atria Books
Release Date: June 4
Summary:
All 17 year-old Josh Bennett wants is to build furniture and be left alone, and everyone allows it because it’s easier to pretend he doesn’t exist. When your name is synonymous with death, everyone tends to give you your space.
Everyone except Nastya, a hot mess of a girl who starts showing up and won’t go away until she’s insinuated herself into every aspect of his life. The more he gets to know her, the more of a mystery she becomes. As their relationship intensifies and the unanswered questions begin to pile up, he starts to wonder if he may ever learn the secrets she’s been hiding or if he even wants to.
The Sea of Tranquility is a slow-building, character-driven romance about a lonely boy, an emotionally fragile girl, and the miracle of second chances.
I’ve heard so many awesome things about The Sea of Tranquility that I need the book now. This is one of the times that I wish I have a Kindle or a Nook so I can read the book super early, but my life doesn’t work this way. At least June isn’t too far away.
What book are you looking forward to reading this week?
YAY Sea of Tranquility! Great pick! Loved this book.

You’re so lucky you got to read this book early! Ugh, why does it have to come out in paperback so late? D:

Yeah, I haven’t heard of it myself until about two weeks ago. It has such high ratings that I can’t wait to read it myself when it comes out!
