Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
I bought too many books this week.
Bought:
Tidal (Watersong #3) by Amanda Hocking
Goddess (Starcrossed #3) by Josephine Angelini
Thousand Words by Jennifer Brown
Golden by Jessi Kirby
Smart Girls Get What They Want by Sarah Strohmeyer
Reboot (Reboot #1) by Amy Tintera
Dark Triumph (His Fair Assassin #2) by R.L. LaFevers
I bought Tidal, Goddess, Thousand Words, Smart Girls Get What They Want, and Dark Triumph all for 50% off in Strandbooks.
Barnes and Noble gave me a 15% off coupon, which I used to buy Golden with since I’ve heard nothing but good things about it.
That’s all for this week! What books did you guys get?
Omg Golden is AMAZING! And the freaking spine alone looks gorgeous! Happy reading!!!

I know, the spine alone made me buy it! It also helped that I’ve heard nothing but raving reviews for it. :D

I’m reading Golden at the moment! It’s so good, I’m loving it. Hope you enjoy it!

Yay, that sounds good! :D
I read the first page before I bought it and Golden looked like a book I can really like! ;D
Kelly recently posted…Stacking the Shelves [32]
I heard Golden’s good and Smart Girls What They Want a cute and fun contemporary read. I also have Reboot and I can’t wait to get to it! Happy reading, Kelly!
Dianne recently posted…Stacking the Shelves (24)
I’ve heard very mixed things about Reboot, but I personally can’t wait to start it! I hope we won’t be disappointed by it Dianne! :x

I’ve been seeing a lot of rave reviews for Golden and really want to check it out. You got some great discounts at Strand! I keep spotting Dark Triumph at the library, but it would be nice if I first read the copy of Grave Mercy that I’ve owned for almost a year, lol. I hope you enjoy reading all of these!

That’s why I bought Golden, I saw tons of raving reviews on it and wanted to see if I’ll enjoy it too.
I don’t know why I bought Dark Triumph, I never read Grave Mercy either even though I bought it a longgg time ago. It’s been sitting on my shelf collecting dust for so long.
Thanks for stopping by my STS Lee! (:

Ooo, I love the spine of Golden! I’ve had an eARC of Golden for months, but I still haven’t read it. And Goddess is really large! I didn’t expect it to be so long. But last books in the series are usually pretty long. Is that Dark Triumph at the bottom? I know you’ll love it. I got my copy a few weeks ago :D
Hope you enjoy all of these books!
Check out my STS post!

I love the spine of Golden too! The design and color looks so perfect together.
Goddess is not that large, Starcrossed and Dreamless are thicker.
And yeah that’s Dark Triumph on the bottom. I still have to read Grave Mercy and hopefully I’ll love them both! :D
Kelly recently posted…Stacking the Shelves [32]
Awesome haul! Hope you enjoy all of your books, really want to read Reboot!

Ooooh Tidal. Pretty sure Michelle’s looking forward to that. I wasn’t a big fan of Wake but I think I’ll be continuing the series. Mainly because of Daniel and Harper. Too cute. I’m excited to get started on my copy of Dark Triumph too. Enjoy your lovelies Kelly! Happy reading!

I wasn’t a big fan of Wake either, but the covers are gorgeous, which convinced me to continue reading on the series.
I still have to read Grave Mercy before Dark Triumph. Hopefully I’ll enjoy them both!
Thank you Nicole & thanks for stopping by my STS! (:

There’s no such thing as to many books, All there is, is just not enough space and not nearly enough time.
I didn’t know Tidal was out, Is that the last in that series? I think it is. Anyway, I really want to start that series, because I love Amanda Hocking to bits.
*sigh* Dark Triumph, how I need to buy that one. I really can’t wait to read this one!!
Hope you like all of your books you got this week :D
Kimberly recently posted…Stacking the Shelves (40)
Tidal is actually not the last book in the series, there’s one book after that called Elegy or something like that.
Tidal is also technically not out yet, the bookstore I go to just sometimes releases books early.
Kelly recently posted…Stacking the Shelves [32]
Ooh, I’m jealous that you got Golden and Thousand Words! I pre-ordered them, but, note to self: Don’t pre-order things too early/with other books that come out after the ones you really want are released. Not a fan of the waiting game!
Also, I really enjoyed Smart Girls Get What They Want. I hope you do, too. Happy reading!
Kelly recently posted…Stacking the Shelves (2)
Pre-ordering things isn’t too bad, I get sad if there’s a book that already came out that I want to buy, but don’t have in my hands. ):
Smart Girls Get What They Want sound super cute! I hope I will enjoy it as much as you did! (:

Woah! Lots of books! haha Have fun reading all of those. I hadn’t heard of a few of them, so I’m going to look them up on Goodreads now!

Shame!
Just kidding Nancy! :D
But you should definitely check out Golden though, I’ve heard amazing things about it and can’t wait to check it out myself.

Once I saw Golden on the store shelf, I HAD TO pick it up. Just look at the spine! <3
And it receiving raving reviews is a major plus! (:
Kelly recently posted…ARC Book Review: Two of a Kind – Susan Mallery
Kelly, I cannot express how much I love Golden. In fact, if I get a book to review as an e-book, I typically don’t run right out and buy it. I reviewed Golden a month or so ago and as soon as it hits stores- I’m buying my own copy to read over and over. I am also needing Dark Triumph and I definitely need to start the Starcrossed series!
Happy reading!!!

Smart Girls Get What They Want is amazing. It’s one of my favorite contemporaries ever :) Golden was great, too. Enjoy your books!
Really?! I usually don’t like contemporaries without any paranormal elements in it, but you’ve got me very excited now Montana! :D
And thanks for stopping by my STS! (:

You know Kelly, that Strand Books thingy is making me more and more jealous :P They seem to have great deals ALL the time!!
I really love the sound of Golden, and I’ll probably be running out to get Dark Triumph really soon.
Enjoy all your new books, and sorry it took me so long to get back to you :/

85% off the entire store is 50% off so yeah. :P
You have to REALLY look to find good books you’ll like though and sometimes, if you’re lucky, you can find a book on their shelf before its official release date.
Did you read Dark Triumph yet? I can’t wait to read it and see who this “Beast” is.
It’s okay Carmen, take your time! (:
Kelly recently posted…Top Ten Books Dealing With Tough Subjects
Nope, I haven’t read Dark Triumph yet… but Grave Mercy is finally on my bedside table and I’ll get to it after a Netgalley book or two :)

Great haul and it looks like you found some amazing deals!! Nothing better than a good deal on a book :D Happy reading, Kelly!
