Stacking the Shelves [38]

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

I’m so happy this week!

Bought:
The Archived (The Archived #1) by Victoria Schwab
Siege & Storm (The Grisha #2) by Leigh Bardugo

1 2
I got The Archived in Strandbooks for 50% off. Hopefully I’ll enjoy this one.
I also bought Siege & Storm for the Fierce Reads Tour in NYC.

In My Mailbox:
These Broken Stars (Starbound #1) by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner
Apollyon (Covenant #4) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

3 4
My first ARC ever that was sent straight from the publisher! I am so happy that I can cry. I’m still stroking and hugging These Broken Stars. Thank you so much Disney Hyperion!
I got Apollyon from ARCycling. Thank you ARCycling! (:

That’s all for this week! What books did you guys get?

PRETTY BOOKS. I just finished The Archived and lucky for you, I really enjoyed it! I think you’ll really like it as well, I can’t wait to see what you think of it! And ARRGH I need to get my hands on a copy of Siege and Storm, because just look at that finished copy omg I’m dying. EEEP CONGRATS on your first ARC sent directly from the publisher! And what a FANTASTIC book to start off with! I would honestly still be stroking it too, so no worries ;) I need to read the Covenant series, ASAP! Lovely books this week, Kelly! Happy reading. :)

Yay! You’re not the first person to tell me that and I’m glad! I’m on a mini book buying ban and had to choose one book out of all the six books that I had wanted to buy.
You should definitely get a copy of Siege & Storm. It looks AND feels amazing.
Thank you! It’s awesome to hear that I’m not crazy to stroke the book. ;D

Um, I think you mean Leigh Bardugo, not Richelle Mead for the author of Siege and Storm, lol. ;)

I really want to read The Archived! It looks really interesting. And These Broken Stars does, too – I’ve seen ARCs of it floating around everywhere lately, it seems like.
