January is the month where I was the most lazy. Since there was no school, I spent my days on the computer watching -cringes- things you don’t need to know and doing absolutely nothing productive. But that will all change since school started earlier this week.
I read a total of 10 books in January.

Which books were your favorite this month? Which ones did you not enjoy as much as you thought you would? I want to know!
I decided that instead of just hosting a giveaway every month at the end of my Monthly Wrap Up post, I’m going to accompany a Mini-Cover Guessing Game to make the giveaway more fun! February’s Mini Cover Guessing Game is of course love themed!
The winner can pick any February release of their choice from TBD or Amazon (Amazon for US people only) as long as it’s $15 or less.
The Rules + Hints:
- The books used in this Book Cover Guessing Game all contain romance. In fact, they all feature couples in books that I love. (It was hard to pick just six!)
- All books featured are young adult books.
- At first, I wanted to give the prize to the first person who guessed all the above book covers correctly, but I figured that it would be unfair to people in different time zones. Therefore, I will allow Rafflecopter to pick the winner. However, the winner the Rafflecopter picks must have all the correct answers to win or all their entries will be eliminated and I will choose a new winner. Sorry about that, but hey, all the Cover Guessing Game entries are not required. Do the Cover Guessing Game at your own risk.
- Rafflecopter (sometimes) does not let you change your answer once you input your answer in. If you do want to change your answer for any book cover after submitting your old answer to the Rafflecopter, simply email me at whatisakelly(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject “January Cover Guessing Game Answer” with your new book cover answer and the name you used to enter the contest.
- If the Rafflecopter does not accept your answers, just email me your answers at whatisakelly(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject “February Appreciation Cover Guessing Game.”
Good luck everyone & let the guessing game begin! ;D
Terms & Conditions:
- This contest is open INTERNATIONALLY.
- The giveaway will run until March 1, 2014.
- You must be 18 years or older, or have parents’ permission to enter.
- All your entries will be disqualified if you pickup entries for something you haven’t done. (I had to do this for so many of my last giveaways, please don’t make me do this again.)
- If you only use ONE account to do all these tasks and enter under different names, they will still only constitute as ONE entry.
- If the winner does not respond to my e-mail within 48 hours, I will have to choose another winner.
- I am not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Another cover guessing game! And a giveaway! Yay! I love these :) This one is easier but there’s a couple of difficult ones there… but I’ll keep looking :)
I still can’t find the 4th one! D: It looks very familiar, but it just doesn’t come to me :( I’ll keep trying though. Thanks for the giveaway!
Same, #4 is hard. Can we get a clue, please? :)
Got it!
Thank you for the giveaway :)
And I still don’t have it.. Gotta go on another search round ;)
Ooh you read a lot of great books this month! Being Sloane Jacobs has been getting a lot of positive reviews so I should probably read it soon :)

It was easier than the previous ones for me :)
Thank you for all your giveaways! You rock! ^^
You want to know what it was like? Do you REALLY want to know? WELL, KELLY, IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD. LIKE IMPOSSIBLE-TO-FIGURE-OUT-UNLESS-YOU-GIVE-ME-THE-ANSWERS HARD. So, Kelly, you should make this 1000x easier. That’s all. ;D
P.S. Sorry this was a bad reading month for you (or maybe it wasn’t?).
P.P.S. I still don’t know about the Cress signing.
P.P.P.S (Does it ever even go this far?) I love you, you know that? Good.
I’m stuck on a couple but I plan to attack it more this weekend!
Hard..I am stuck on #2 and #4. But i will figure it out..hopefully lol.

I really need to read Meant To Be by Lauren Morrill. I’ve been told great things and I’m intrigued by all this love for it. Being Sloane Jacobs sounds adorable too!
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GUESS THESE COVERS? Seriously. I’m not entering the giveaway, but I thought I would have some fun and have a go at this. Alas.

Ha ha I thought you were busy re-watching Digimon on the computer all day long. Why the cringe? =D
Still, good luck for school.
Yay for Lauren Morrill books! I think I’ll read Being Sloane Jacobs in March.
Happy February!

I got 1, 3, 5, & 6 will little effort, but it took me a minute to realize what #2 was since I don’t usually focus on the background. #4 really had me stumped until I found out I was looking at the wrong cover haha!

Looks like you had a great month!!! Is it sad that more then half of the books you read in January are on my TBR and I haven’t read any of them? I think its really sad :(
Happy February Reading.

Some of it was pretty challenging! I had a hard time with #4 until I realized which cover it was! Cant believe I didn’t see it before!

I’m really sure on 1 and 6. I think I got 3 but I’m not gonna swear by it. There’s always two or three I’m like, Yeah! I got this! And then the rest I’m always not 100% sure on or I have no idea.
This was a great excuse to spend a day staring at book covers. Thanks! :D

I shall keep searching until I find it! (Maybe. I might give up lol.)

Wahoo, this was easy! Got all six covers. I’m back on my A-Game! It’s definitely a thrill to get all the covers rather than being stuck on one or two, so there’s that. Why am I so addicted to these? You’re a rockstar, Kelly, for coming up with this concept.
Thanks for the chance!

It was pretty easy. Still trying to figure out #4 though…
This is the first cover guessing game that I have taken part in and I found it to be quite fun. The only one I am have trouble with is number four, but I will keep looking!
This was easier than others :) However, I spent my time searching for number 4. Still am…. lol
But we have to give a little thanks to our beloved Goodreads for its help while playing this cover game haha
Thanks for the giveaway, Kelly :) Once again, I had a great time.
Best wishes,

It was very hard for me because I don’t read a lot of YA books!
Great giveaway! I had a hard time with the covers though.
Medium–I got all of them really easily except #4. That one took me FOREVER to find until I realized I’d been looking at the wrong cover! But fun as always :)
It wasn’t too bad. I had problems with #2 even though I’ve read the book and loved it. I’m just glad that I was able to finish it. Whew! :)
