Life Of A Blogger: Food

lifeofablogger

Life Of A Blogger is hosted by the fabulous Jessi from Novel Heartbeat where we let people know more about our lives outside of blogging so they can get to know us better!

Hi, my name is Kelly and I love to eat meat and junk food! (Who doesn’t?) Vegetables are no thank you food for me. I have no one favorite food; I love lots of food.

Some quick facts about what I like to eat/my eating preferences:

▪ Beef > Chicken when it comes to burgers. Chicken > Beef when it’s not used in burgers.
▪ I don’t like to drink soup. My parents make A LOT of different kinds of soup and just blehhh.
▪ I do not like soda. If I was given the choice between drinking soda or water, I’ll choose water every single time. That’s how much I don’t like drinking soda.
▪ I love seafood. Fried shrimp, fish, lobster, regular shrimp, etc. all makes me a happy girl.
▪ I don’t enjoy eating/chewing gum. If someone offers me gum, 97% of the time, I’ll say no thanks.
▪ The only vegetable I can stand to eat is lettuce.
▪ I LOVE junk food! Do you have chips? Cookies? Cheesecake? Ice cream? One word: gimme.
▪ I am a picky eater. I judge food by their looks.

Overall, I love food, as long as it’s the kind I like. -wink wink-

pooh

My best friend happens to agree. ;D

What are some of your favorite food or food preferences? Do you like to eat like I do?

I LOVE food. I love meat & junk food and really hate vegetables and soup too but unlike you I really really really love soda <3 My favourite dish is Couscous which we make for dinner every Friday in my city. I also LOVE pizza.

Haha. We definitely have some similarities in our food preferences. I love junk, too! Especially ice cream. And chips. And cookies. I’m not a big fan of cake, though. I don’t like frosting.

I love soup, but I only eat it with a spoon. I hate drinking soup. And I don’t really like beef except for hamburgers and tacos.

I do like vegatables, though, but usually cooked veggies. I’m not really a big fan of raw veggies, but there are some exceptions though.

I love eating, but I know I have to do less of it. Especially after being in college and knowing that stress makes you want to eat more, especially junk food. I love slim jims and beef jerky! Do you like that type of meat? And cheesecake? Count me in! I wish my mom made more of that all the time. I thought it was funny that you said your parents make soups more often than not because my mom makes more food with meat than soups. We should trade lol ^_^

Very interesting! I differ in a lot of ways. I love beef (chicken is too plain, beef has a richer taste imo) and I despise seafood, adore vegetables, and I like gum and soups (I’ve never drank soup in my life. I’ve never even known some people drink it!). I’m also a pretty healthy eater (I try to avoid burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips) although I love chocolate and cheesecake. I totally agree with you on the water thing though, but I personally would pick water over any other beverage. Water feels cleansing.

I think we’re both picky eaters but in somehow, almost the opposite ways. :p

I love seafood. I love noodles. I love candy. But I also love fruit and vegetables, so I guess I’ve a good balance :D I hate soda too! And soup is only good if you are sick of if you want to get warm quickly. It just doesn’t fill me to serve as a meal. And I chew gum all day long, haha.

So I definitely agree on the chicken/beef thing! I love chicken, but prefer beef in burgers. And junk food is the GREATEST. Chocolate, chips, cookies, cake, sweets, everything I shouldn’t be eating I eat haha! Nice post :)

Seafood is the best! I love Sushi and Shabu Shabu. I’m big fan of soup too and would totally kill for awesome ramen. I don’t really drink soda all that much, but I recently got addicted to Sobe life water. I have probably 5 bottles of that every day o.O

I am such a picky eater! I like a lot of different foods, but I’m not very adventurous. I agree with your chicken vs. beef statement. I love hamburgers, but am not a huge fan of steak. I do like soup, but I make it a lot so I wind up getting burnt out on it pretty quickly.

And junk food? As long as it isn’t chocolate, I’m game. :)

OMG we’re so similar! I love love love beef when it comes to hamburgers, but if it’s not hamburger, I order chicken like 98% of the time. I am also a VERY picky eater and I also dislike vegetables haha. I don’t know how people can be full by just eating salad. That’s so bleghhh. I need my junk food!

Yes I LOVE food! Seriously it’s actually my obsession. I’ve been trying to eat a lot healthier now and eat less refined carbs and chemicals, but so far it’s not going to well because I feel like I still eat unhealthy amounts of junk food. But I LOVE water and hate soda! I hate the fizzy part of the soda, and I actually love water because juice is way too sweet and I can’t have too much of it, and water is just perfectly refreshing and so great :)

I am a picky eater but I love food and junk food too! I love pasta! I used to not like cabbage but then my mom started cooking it with bacon. Soo good! I love bacon!! And steamed cabbage stuffed with egg roll stuffing (ground pork, vermicilli noodles, grated carrots etc…). I have to say, I actually like my veggies now that I am older. I used to hate spinach but now I love spinach! One thing that hasn’t changed yet is my love for junk food! I still love cake, chocolate, and cookies!
