School and finals are finally over (thank goodness!). I’ve aced my classes (hopefully, I’m still waiting on that last grade) and finally reading the things I want to read. However, after looking at my schedule, I noticed that I never did a Cover Guessing Game for you guys for a longg time. It’s time to change that and watch my awesome photoshop/cropping/cover love skills stump you all. :D
I also know that BEA is also happening this week and to distract all of you who can’t go, my Cover Guessing Game is here to take up your time and stump you! The prize and payoff for playing the game this time around is awesome and totally worth it if I say so myself. ;D
So what’s the prize? Okay, get ready to scream. Or flail. Either one works.
You can win a SIGNED and personalized finished copy of Landline by Rainbow Rowel. Yes, you read that right. And this giveaway is international because I don’t want to leave you international people feeling sad and disappointed.
You see, Rainbow Rowell is doing a launching party signing for Landline in NYC and I’m definitely planning to attend, especially since Landline sounds super fun and interesting.
Interested in winning the prize? No problem, all you have to do is play a Cover Guessing Game! ;D
The Rules + Hints:
- The books used in this Book Cover Guessing Game are all young adult books I’ve read and reviewed during 2014 to reminisce about all the good books and not so good books I’ve read. I have removed my goodreads link for awhile so you guys can’t use it to cheat. :P
- The books used are all books released in 2013 and 2014.
- At first, I wanted to give the prize to the first person who guessed all the above book covers correctly, but I figured that it would be unfair to people in different time zones. Therefore, I will allow Rafflecopter to pick the winner. However, the winner the Rafflecopter picks must have all the correct answers to win or all their entries will be eliminated and I will choose a new winner. Sorry about that, but hey, all the Cover Guessing Game entries are not required. Do the Cover Guessing Game at your own risk.
- Rafflecopter (sometimes) does not let you change your answer once you input your answer in. If you do want to change your answer for any book cover after submitting your old answer to the Rafflecopter, simply email me at whatisakelly(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject “Distract Cover Guessing Game Answer” with your new book cover answer and the name you used to enter the contest.
- If the Rafflecopter does not accept your answers, just email me your answers at whatisakelly(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject “Distract Guessing Game.”
And that’s not all! If this giveaway reaches 4,000 entries, I’ll add an extra prize, another SIGNED and personalized copy of one of Rainbow Rowell’s book, winner’s choice!
Good luck everyone & let the guessing game begin! ;D
Terms & Conditions:
- This contest is open INTERNATIONALLY.
- The giveaway will run until June 30, 2014.
- You must be 18 years or older, or have parents’ permission to enter.
- All your entries will be disqualified if you pickup entries for something you haven’t done. (I had to do this for so many of my last giveaways, please don’t make me do this again.)
- If you only use ONE account to do all these tasks and enter under different names, they will still only constitute as ONE entry.
- If the winner does not respond to my e-mail within 48 hours, I will have to choose another winner.
- I am not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
It was easier than I thought it would be, haha. Thanks for this awesome giveaway Kelly!

You always have the most creative challenges for giveaways! They’re so much fun to participate in even if I never win! Hahah.
So much easier than last time, but I’m stuck with one of them!! Your blog is so fantastic, you make me want to host a million giveaways too!
My Gosh! This one was heaps easier but only cause I looked through like all the YA books that were published in 2014… The only one that REALLY got me was number 6! But anyhow…. I really don’t even know what Landline is even about! I did it for the challenge!
Thank you for the giveaway :))
I got stuck on one and six. Still don’t know if I got them right. Oh well. Thank you for hosting. I had fun.

I expected it to be difficult but it wasn’t too bad! It was really fun though. Thanks for giveaway :)
Oh my this was difficult, but so so fun! The only one I couldn’t get for the LIFE of me was number 7. A few I got immediately and others took me a while (thankfully most of them I have seen around A LOT lately haha). Such an interesting giveaway idea!

This was a little hard for me as I’ve never done something like this before. No. 6 was especially hard.
This was so much fun! I think I did pretty well. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

You make really difficult cover guessing games! I’m too scared to guess some covers but it’s relatively easier than the last one :)
Easy compared to the last cover guessing game :D
Thank you for the awesome giveaway :)
I guessed some of them, but not all, so I still think it was difficult :)
Thank you for the awesome giveaway!

It’s easier than the last one, but still difficult! 5 and 6 are throwing me in a loop. I suspect I know what 6 is, but I looked at the book cover and can’t find where it fits.
OMG!! I can’t believe THAT cover was #6! It drove me insane!!!! You know that no every edition shows that detail on the cover, don’t you?? YOU’RE EVIL!!!
Well, I’m going to bed now… I have to get up in like 5 hours. Thanks a lot ¬¬
(Just kidding…. kinda)
That was so much fun! I had to go through the months over and over, but I think I finally got them all. It wasn’t super hard, I’d say about medium. I enjoyed it!

#6 was a bit hard, but after finding a copy of what I thought was the book (which it was) and enlarging it, then it was okay. Overall, easy, but with a touch of medium. :D
Thank you!

I thought this was a fantastic idea, but I shied away from the last one because it looked super hard. I gave this one a good go and attempted all of them. Great prize, and thanks for including us UK (Int) people!!

This was so much easier than your last one, as I knew quite a lot of them, but oh my gosh, NUMBER 6. I think I know what it is, but that’s like the hardest picture out of them all!

I love this giveaway! Its so much more creative and is actually challenging compared to other giveaways. Thank you! Im crossing my fingers I win; I just cant wait to read Landline
Some of those are really, really hard! I was able to get two right away but I had to think for some of the others. #6 has got me so stuck.
It was easier then the others, but I still have pretty much all of them to go XD Thanks for the giveaway!!!

This is the first time I’ve played one of your cover guessing games (I think??), and I thought it was pretty hard for the most part. They’re almost all books I’ve read, but I really only knew like 3 right off the bat, the rest took some researching – and #6 for sure was the most problematic and I have no idea if that one is correct.

Well I mean, it’s a bit difficult only because I’m so behind on my reading so I don’t know all of the 2013/2014 releases! :p
Oh my God I don’t know any of these covers *panicked breathing*
