Life Of A Blogger is hosted by the fabulous Jessi from Novel Heartbeat where we let people know more about our lives outside of blogging so they can get to know us better!
Ohh, I collect A LOT of stuff! Basically, as long as it’s cute, I collect them. The end. Okay, that’s not really the end. My parents are the ones who throw away all my collections without asking me, like the toy collection I had in fifth grade that they suddenly threw away without warning. However, these collections I’m showing you are the ones my parents don’t really know about or don’t know where I put them because if they know, they’ll probably throw them away because they’re “useless” and “take up a lot of space.”
There’s so many animals in my animal eraser collection and they come in different colors. I have hedgehog erasers in every color, whales, cows, ducks, polar bears, and yes, that’s a pig’s body that got chopped off you’re seeing in the picture. I don’t know if you guys can see it, but I’ve never opened a single animal eraser out of its packet.
Collecting these animal erasers could be expensive. In New York City, they cost $1 for one, or $3 for 4. I probably spent at least $20 on these, which I could have used to buy books.
I’ve never bought any animal erasers for a long time – it must have been at least two years since I bought one – but I’ve been thinking of starting up my collection again.
As you can see, I have a lot of Strand bookmarks (they give you one every time you make a purchase there) and a lot of swag bookmarks. In fact, I have a lot more Strandbook bookmarks than the ones pictured here since I took this picture about two months or three months ago. I’ve also never noticed how much bookmarks I have in terms of swag until I was putting them together all in one place. Like the Strand bookmarks, I have more swag than the ones pictured above.
Some of you might have already expected this, but I collect everything Pokemon. Pokemon cards, Pokemon plushies, Pokemon books (not pictured), Pokemon figures (also not pictured), and Pokemon games (obviously not pictured). I basically collect everything Pokemon that is cute. Yes, “cute” is the important word here.
Anyway, enjoy the Mudkips!
What things do you collect? I’m sure at least one of you guys also collect Pokemon cards and bookmarks and animal erasers. I want to know!
