When I first saw this topic, my first reaction is to laugh. So here you go: HA HA HA. HA.
Yeah. That pretty much describes my attitude towards “fitness.” I am not fit at all. I can’t even do a single proper push-up nor can I bend down and touch my toes without also bending my knees. I am not skinny, yet I am also not fat. I do have that annoying flab of meat? (skin? whatever you call it) under my arm though that I desperately want to get rid of.
I pretty much don’t exercise at all, unless you count walking up the stairs as exercising.
But that’s (hopefully) going to change. This semester, I have an hour and forty-five minute break between classes on some days, which will be hopefully used at the free gym in my college. I’m planning on working out there with my friend. Things may not work out if there are too many people there though. We’ll see how that will go though.
If that doesn’t work out, I will forever be a lazy blob sitting somewhere reading forever.
