My ultimate dream is to win the lottery. -looks at you guys with a straight face- I will hopefully win a million dollars and buy a huge house with a huge room with that money. That huge room will be my own personal library, with a couple of desks and chairs in it. It will be all fancyyy and full of happiness.
Okay, okay, I’m kidding. Kind of. Because let’s face it, I’ll never win the lottery even though I can dream about it every day.
What I ultimately dreamed for is to be happy. That’s all I really want. I want to find a job that can support me and my book buying habit and just be happy while doing so. I want to have friends in my life that will encourage me, friends that can make me laugh, friends that make me happy. I want to read books that make me happy. You starting to see a pattern here? ;D
I’ll also love to meet some of my favorite authors like Laini Taylor and Katie McGarry.
What are some of your dreams? I want to know!
Being happy is a wonderful dream! One that I agree with, for how do you get through life if you are never happy?

Well right now…i dream that i finally paid off all my loans and dues. Alas that is the life in the real world…never ending bills to pay and here i sit with my books in hand to keep my sanity going.
And if i do have enough money i want to travel and experience other places and culture and yeah meet my fave authors too! and be able to buy all the books i wanted to read and have my own library. I don’t need a lot of expensive stuff to make me happy. I’m happy i still have my family and friends.
I think you’re currently living your dream, Kelly! I think everyone’s dream is to win the lottery haha. That would be amazing.

My dreams are both success and happiness. In a perfect world, I’ll have happiness because of success.
I mean success in terms of being able to live comfortably. Money would be nice, but I don’t want an excess of it. I feel like it would change who I am and I don’t want that.
Happiness is SO important and I love that you acknowledge it. What’s the point of anything if you aren’t happy right? I just want to be able to play music without consequence and have a great time doing it!
Awesome post, girl!

My dream is much the same as yours and everyone else’s- a job that pays well enough to support me, provides autonomy so I enjoy doing it, and the rest of my life going smoothly enough for me to be happy more often than not. I think it’s easier to stick with vague dreams like that, because it leaves you open to surprises (happiness rarely takes the form you’d expect or prescribe for it!). I’d also add to mine, though, that one of my dreams is to be in good enough health that I can do the number of things I’d like to: travel, be social again, etc. I’ve struggled with failing health due to still-mysterious health issues for the past 16 years…so it’s definitely the priority in my life right now.

Winning the lotto is my dad’s dream haha.
I agree with what you’re saying! Being happy is so important. No matter what you decide in life, I think happiness should be the number one thing you weigh in~

I absolutely adore your goals, even the one where you want to win the lottery. ;D I think they’re very realistic, especially when you talk about wanting to be happy. That’s definitely one of my goals too! I want to be stable in my life one day, and somewhere that makes me happy, and in a job that is rewarding and supports my habits.

My dream is to rescue stray cats and to have a home library. That’s on top of being a published author
Oh my god, I’d die to meet Laini just to touch that magical hair. *sighs* And who hasn’t dreamed of winning the lottery?

I for one have always dreamed about winning the lottery, however, I know this will never happen. For 1, I never even enter the lottery, for 2, my luck always runs dry when I most need it.
My dream is to actually enter a story, film or tv series and be the character I choose. Sometimes I just envy the characters so much, or I just really want to have a good adventure which I sort of know the ending to.

lol, love this post Kelly. <3 But. Well. To be honest, my biggest dream of them all is to win the lottery too, hih. I NEED more money. Because my apartment is small, I don't have room for more books :( the floor will fall down to my mom :p Sad face. So I really want to win the lottery so that I can build a much much much bigger house, because I need it. Sigh. I wish, I wish, I wish. But other than that! I want to be happy too. <3 And I want to meet so many people :) Bunch of authors. <3 But also, Taylor Swift. I want to meet her so badly :) Anyway. Amazing post sweetie. <3 Thank you for sharing your dreams :D

I DREAM OF WINNING THE LOTTERY TOO! Let’s be honest here, I don’t need MULTIPLE millions – just give me 1 and I’ll make it last the rest of my life… Just sayin’.
