I not a very organized person. I try to be organized, but in the end, my lazyness gets the best of me and alas, all my organization plans vanish.
Take my bookshelf for example. At first, it’s very organized. Books that are in a series are in their correct order and standalones are alone. However, as I gained more and more books, I was just too lazy to move them around to fit in their respective places if they belong in a series I already have. Instead, I just started stacking the books anywhere and as I gained more and more books, it became more and more complicated to move them around and switch them to their correct place, not to mention that I’m lazy.
My desk goes through the same thing. It’s messy – my parents force me to clean it up – then I get annoyed that I forgot where I put so and so after cleaning my desk. (For some reason, I remember where things are on my desk when it’s messy?) Then my desk slowly gets messy again and the whole cycle then repeats.
Are you organized? I want to know!
LOL! At work I’m a great example of organization. Everything is where it’s supposed to be. At home it’s more of an organized mess. I have everything (containers etc) I need to be organized but I just haven’t had time to get it done yet.
I have to have books of a series together on my bookshelves! Sometimes I’m lazy though, and I’ll wait until I have a small pile of books to place on my shelves before I moving books around and acually putting them where they belong though. It makes me happy to reorganize my shelve though, a sense of accomplishment or something! Everthing else is kind of an organized mess though!

I am hyper organized. Super organized, because if I’m not, I descend into chaos.

I like think I’m an organized mess. To the casual observer, my desk appears to contain random stacks of books and paper, with the odd pen or spoon laying around, and if they were to look through my drawers they might lose their mind because it would appear that I’ve just tossed random crap in each drawer with no sense of organization, but I know where exactly everything is and if anyone were to move one thing and think I wouldn’t notice, I promise you I will.
Honestly though I think organization is subjective to each person. What I consider organized might be seen as a disaster zone to someone else. I think it’s really interesting how that works. Fab post! :)

I’m kind of a freak. I love organization. I work two jobs part-time (meaning I basically work full-time), go to school full-time, try to get involved with service, and then on top of all of that I review for fun.
If I’m not on top of things, I would descend into a black hole of chaos and never resurface.
I feel you though, organization takes so much time.

I’m the same when it comes to my desk, I tidy it up one day and then I get really frustrated when I can’t remember where I put something I cleaned away, it normally turns up in a really obvious place! Lately I’ve been separating my bookshelves so that I have my unread books in one bookshelf and all the rest in another which means my series books aren’t together any more, it’s rubbing me up the wrong way because normally I’m really anal about where my books are lol
I’m not at all organized but my fiance just organized all our books into alphabetical order and i’m loving it. <3Bee @ Bee Reads Books

I consider myself a complete mess. It’s actually really sad because I should be organized. I’m organized for certain things, like my iTunes library and my school notes because I have to be. But my room looks like a tornado.

I am organized about some things. I have google spreadsheets for everything: reading spreadsheet, ARC’s, budget, savings account balance, and I could go on and on and on. Ha.

i can consider myself…semi organized! lol! i do like my things to be in certain places. although i still leave some stuff cluttering around. i’m no neat freak.
I’m like this too! I start out as being organized…planning my stuff like crazy, etc. and then a few hours, days, weeks, it all comes back to a big, fat mess again. At least I try being organized haha.
