Why Hello, I’m Backkk, My Most Anticipated 2015 Books, + A Giveaway

After a one month hiatus, I am finally backkkk! My summer job is over, school isn’t starting up yet, I’m feeling a little bit less stress with all the things going on in my life, and I am feeling completely refreshed. -stretches arms-

So I wanted to do something fun for my I’m backkk! post, racked my brain for a little while, and thought hey, why not share my most anticipated 2015 books that are not yet released? I’ll also be adding the ones I’ve read that aren’t released yet because I want to tell you guys how amazinggggg they are.

anticipated

I’ve read and loved Vengeance Road already – in fact, it might me by favorite Western. Kate is brave, she’s kickass, and the setting of the book just makes me swoon, especially when you see Erin Bowman’s Pinterest for her book.

I’ve also read half of Illuminae on my trip to ALA and I deeply enjoyed it. Now to only find some time to finish reading it…

And who isn’t excited for Winter? I NEED to see how it all ends! (Aka there better be a happily ever after for all characters.)

I haven’t read any of Rae Carson’s books, but Walk On Earth A Stranger sounds amazing and I can’t wait to see how it all ends in Their Fractured Light.

I’ve read and loved every single book Mindy McGinnis wrote, so I know I’ll love A Madness So Discreet. There’s no doubt everybody is waiting for Queen of Shadows and The Immortal Heights.

I really enjoyed reading Tonight the Streets Are Ours – my review will be going up soon – and I definitely can’t wait to read Dark Wild Night -winks-.

What are your most anticipated 2015 books for the rest of the year?

And what would this post be without a giveaway? I’m giving away finished copies of two of these books and you get to choose which two you want to win.

For me it’s a toss-up between four of the books. Winter, Vengeance Road, Their Fractured Light, and Tonight the Streets are Ours. There have been so many great reviews for Vengeance Road already. It will be hard to choose.

I’m most excited for Winter and Tonight the Streets are Ours. I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Illuminae though, so I’m definitely interested in that one. I’ve also seen a lot of people say they don’t like westerns but really liked Vengence Road. There are just too any good books coming out over the rest of the year!!

It has to be Career of Evil by Robert Galbraith, or the illustrated edition of the first Harry Potter book! I’m also super excited for Winter by Marissa Meyer, and the Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness!

I can’t remember my most anticipated 2015 books from before now, but from now until the end of 2015 (including books I have yet to read that were released earlier this year), they are The Rose Society by Marie Lu and Soundless by Richelle Mead. Those two are definitely tied for first. Second would be Illuminae and A Madness So Discreet. Third is Vengeance Road and Walk On Earth A Stranger. I would add Queen of Shadows to the list, but I need to catch up on the series first. The Immortal Heights looks great too, but I have no idea what it’s about. (I’ve heard of it before, but haven’t read the synopsis yet.)
