Stacking the Shelves [17]

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

I was so busy this week.

Bought:
Inbetween (Kissed By Death #1) by Tara A. Fuller
The Madman’s Daughter (The Madman’s Daughter #1) by Megan Shepherd
Altered (Altered #1) by Jennifer Rush

I read Inbetween – a book about reapers – a while ago and absolutely loved it. I finally remembered to order it and picked it up this week.

I got The Madman’s Daughter one week early! I haven’t started it yet, but I can’t wait to!

The cover of Altered is so beautiful (I love that shade of yellow!) that I bought Altered without even knowing what it is about. I hope it’s good as it looks!

Won:
Salvation by Anne Osterlund
Revolution 19 by Gregg Rosenblum
Breaking Point (Article 5 #2) by Kristen Simmons

I won a copy of Salvation from Christina @ A Reader of Fictions last week. I’ve loved Anne Osterlund’s Academy 7 even since I read it, and I absolutely can’t wait to read Salvation.

I also won an ARC of Breaking Point by Kristen Simmons from Krys @ Bibliopunkk. She was holding a contest to win an ARC of tons of books, and I was lucky enough to be the winner of Breaking Point!

I received Revolution 19 from ARCycling. My review for it is already up here.

Thank you for the giveaways/events Christina, Krys, and ARCycling! :D

Traded:
Level 2 (The Memory Chronicles #1) by Lenore Appelhans
Eternally Yours (Immortal Beloved #3) by Cate Tiernan

I traded my extra ARC of Everbound for an ARC of Level 2 with Lili @ Lili’s Reflections. I still haven’t read Level 2 yet, but I hopefully will read it soon!

I obtained an ARC of Eternally Yours from a trade with Jessica @ Jessabella Reads. I traded a copy of Onyx for it.

Nice haul. I still need to read Article 5. It’s one of those books that has been on my TBR list way too long.

The more I see The Madman’s Daughter around the more I think I’ll enjoy it. And Level 2 just seems to be everywhere this week.

Awesome haul!! Inbetween looks fantastic. I have a weak spot for books about reapers :). I love the cover for The Madman’s Daughter. It has this haunted feeling to it.

Altered was pretty good. I don’t think it was the best thing ever, but it was good. It’s very fast-paced.

Enjoy all your goodies. Happy reading :)

Great haul! Despite the negative things I’ve heard about Revolution 19, I still want to read it. The madman’s daughter sounds great and I also can’t wait to read Level 2 :) Happy reading!
