Stacking the Shelves [25]

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

This week, I only bought one book (which is pretty much a miracle)! (:

Bought:
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices #3) by Cassandra Clare

I bought Clockwork Princess the day it came out. Too bad I didn’t read the series yet!

Borrowed:
Study (Study #1) by Maria V. Snyder
Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices #1) by Cassandra Clare

I’ve heard so many good things about Poison Study that I just have to try it out. I also borrowed Clockwork Angel so I can finally start reading The Infernal Devices series. :D

That’s all for this week! What books did you guys get? Link me up!

Aha, I can totally relate with buying a book from a series you have not started. In my case, it was a series I have not finished. I’m probably gonna get based for this but that would be Harry Potter. I bought the last book because it was on sale while I had not picked up the fifth book! I really recommend The Infernal Devices series. I actually love that series more than TMI!

    Happy reading, Kelly :D

I love all of the books you got this week! Poison Study is a favorite of mine, and The Infernal Devices . . . there aren’t adequate words to describe how I feel about that series. I hope you enjoy them all!

I haven’t read that series either, I got one of the books out from the library but it was a prequel to the whole thing or something (i don’t even know, i was confusing!) Enjoy you enjoy!

The Infernal Devices come first, then The Moral Instruments, but then Cassandra Clare released The Mortal Instruments books first. LOL, yeah, it’s confusing.

You have Clockwork Princess!! I am jealous ;) I preordered it ages ago but amazon only sent it out on Friday -___- I hope it’s at least the correct edition, otherwise I will be raging mad!!! I mean hello, what do I preorder for when they can’t even stock the damn book in time?! (sorry)
Anyhow, I hope you’ll get around to reading Clockwork Angel soon, and I’m curious to hear what you think of Poison Study – it’s been on my TBR list for a long time now!

No need to apologize Carmen! I would be angrier than you, I mean, it’s called PREorder for a reason right? And the delivery companies are always so slow too!
And so far, everyone here LOVES Poison Study so I can’t wait to read it! :D

Poison Study looks interesting. I’m hoping to get to Poison Study at some point. I loved Touch of Power by Maria V. Snyder. Clockwork Princess’s cover is beautiful indeed.
