The WHOA, I Still Never Bought Any Books Haul

This is the third? fourth? week I never bought any books which is, -gasp-, beyond unbelievable. If you know me well, you know that I usually buy at least three books a week. I know this non-buying books trend will end next week though because Fairest will be on shelves then and AHHHHHH.

thestoryspinner

Bought:
NOTHING.

For Review:
The Storyspinner (The Keepers’ Chronicles #1) by Becky Wallace (Thank you Simon & Schuster!)
The Glass Arrow by Kristen Simmons (Thank you Tor Teen!)
Rebel Mechanics by Shanna Swendson (Thank you Macmillan!)

Won:
All That Burns (All That Glows #2) by Ryan Graudin (Thank you Ryan!)

I received three review books this week. I am extremely excited for The Storyspinner – just look at that cover! And it has an ARCHER on the cover. I’ve read and reviewed The Glass Arrow already (review is just not up on my blog yet) and sadly didn’t enjoy it much, meaning that I’ll probably giving that copy of it away. Rebel Mechanics sounds amazing, which is why I requested it.

I also won an ARC of All That Burns, which makes me extremely happy because I love that cover.

That’s all for this week! What books did you guys get?

Oh that’s too bad about The Glass Arrow. I’m currently reading it now and I like it. But everybody has different tastes in books. I hope you enjoy the rest of your books :)

out of curiousity, how do you have space for all those books? I do monthly hauls because I don’t get a good amount for weekly ;p I haven’t read All That Burns but I want to! Also, THE STORYSPINNER! I’ll probably end up requesting it come Monday

I didn’t buy any books this week either. I told myself I wouldn’t until I read all the books I bought last month. I have not heard about any of these books yet. I hope you enjoy them.

I find it hard not buy any books. I like loking at covers and often spend time checking out books to read. The urge to buy books this week I added a couple. CARS, CATS AND CROOKS by R. H. Carter and A SMALL CASE OF MURDER by Lauren Carter both new authors for me. It will be awhile before I can read either.

Wow how did you even manage this? I haven’t bought many books lately but I have been on a comic buying spree. I’m so worried I’ll run out of shelf room!

Wow congrats on the not buying any books thing! I’ve been the same since my birthday last November – not because I’m on a ban or anything just because I have to save save save and that means no money for books :( boo!

Great review books – The Storyspinner looks amazing I definitely need to check that one out. I’m intrigued by The Glass Arrow but sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy it much!

I rarely have books that I’ve paid money for. Most of the time they’re ones I’ve won, or got egalleys, etc. But that is so great to be saving money! Sorry you didn’t like The Glass Arrow, I thought it was kind of good.

Wow, this looks like a great haul! And you should feel proud of not buying any books for so long. I recently received The Glass Arrow myself and am currently read it, about 35% of the way through I think! It’s good so far, so I hope you like it.

I think it’s a good thing you didn’t buy anything because that is just more money in your pocket (I don’t buy many books myself… so I’m a little weird as far as book bloggers go)! I absolutely loved The Glass Arrow, I’m sad you didn’t like it as much. I’ve seen other bloggers not like it either, so I know you’re not alone!
